Transitional Grays
My purpose of doing the ‘transitional grays’ is to give the thousands of homes done in black, gray and white a chance
to softly introduce some color!
It is difficult to add a full color piece to these walls and after a lot of thinking, this is my solution. First paint the mage in all gray tones, then at about 20% coming forward start adding faint color, working up to full color at the focal point of the painting.
Instead of using gray accessories, home owners can add some of these colors in their pillows, pottery, glass and carpets to bring some joy, by adding their own personality into the gray tones.
